STRATEGY & PLANNING
Many of our nonprofit clients need help navigating the many issues that are key to sustaining their mission to serve their communities. And Step 6 Consulting offers a low-cost flat-rate fee to help small nonprofit leadership figure out what is important and what can be put to the side.
We use a process that we first developed and used successfully with small businesses, solo entrepreneurs, professionals, and other organizations who don’t have the resources that larger organizations might have.
Our goal in this process is to develop a marketing and fundraising plan and strategy that nonprofit organizations can implement and sustain going forward, eliminating the need for outside paid support that they likely can’t afford anyway.
We speak with leadership at each nonprofit to get an understanding of their resources, budget, and goals. Then we prepare an assessment of their current marketing and fundraising situation and review that with their leadership.
From there, we develop a plan of action and we review that together some more.
The end goal is a set of steps, procedures, and processes for your team to enact, as well as a list of any software or other resources you will need. We outline each step, prepare an expense budget, and a plan to hit your fundraising goals.
There is a flat fee charge of $500, which covers all of our consulting and planning hours and also includes unlimited support for 12 months from when we start.
You can call, email, text, or set up a meeting with us at any time during the year so we can help keep your team on the plan and modify anything that needs to change. We will also help you set up any software platforms or other systems that we recommend you use.
